Puppy training lays the foundation for your dog's lifelong behavior
Why Start Early?
The Importance of Early Puppy Training
Training your puppy at a young age is essential for building a lasting foundation of positive behavior that will benefit both you and your puppy. Early training is key to helping puppies develop vital social skills, ease anxiety, and strengthen the bond between you two. By starting the training process early, you can effectively prevent the formation of undesirable habits and ensure your puppy matures into a respectful and well-behaved adult dog. This proactive approach not only simplifies your daily routine but also significantly boosts your puppy’s happiness and overall well-being.
Comprehensive Puppy Training Package
What Our Training Includes
In-Home trainings
We will conduct your training in the comfort of your home, providing you with five in-home training sessions along with one follow-up session to utilize at your convenience. This follow-up session can be scheduled if you encounter any challenges with the training or if a new behavior emerges that was not addressed during the training period. A significant reason for offering this training in your home is to protect your puppy from the risk of contracting various diseases and viruses during their critical early months of development.
General Obedience
The Puppy Program offers a comprehensive approach to teaching essential obedience commands that are vital for your puppy’s growth and development. In this section, you will discover a list of key obedience commands that your puppy will learn, accompanied by a concise explanation of each command to enhance your understanding of their importance.
- Come (Recall) – This command indicates that when you call your puppy, they will respond by walking or running towards you, stopping within reach so you can easily grab their collar.
- Off – This command signals to the puppy that they need to cease their current activity, whether it involves jumping, biting, chewing on inappropriate items, or engaging in other undesired behaviors.
- Sit – This command indicates that the puppy should rest it’s rear on the ground in a sitting position. The puppy should stay in this command until released or given another command.
- Down – This command indicates that the puppy should be resting on it’s belly, lying down. The puppy should stay in this position unitl released or given another command.
- Heel – This command will develop with time and discipline. This command will indicate that they should follow the leash holder on one side and that the puppy should make turns with the leash holder. No pulling on the leash and no abrupt stopping to sniff the surroundings. You will release your dog for those type of activities.

Group Classes

These classes are included in the price of every program we offer, providing valuable opportunities for your dog to practice commands in a dynamic environment. During Group Class, your dog will reinforce previously learned commands while navigating the distractions of other dogs and people nearby. This socialization aspect is crucial, and participating with a professional dog trainer in the presence of other trained dogs ensures an effective and positive learning experience.
