Puppy Training Program
Our puppy training program is designed to set a strong foundation for lifelong learning, focusing on socialization, confidence-building, and essential obedience skills. Through positive reinforcement and engaging activities, we help puppies develop good manners, understand commands, and build trust with their owners.
Our goal is to create a positive learning experience that strengthens the bond between puppies and their owners, setting them up for success as they grow.
Bootcamp Training Program
No, it is not nearly as grueling as military bootcamp. This program offers a focused and highly personalized experience, where your dog trains in a calm, distraction-free environment. Many dogs struggle to focus at home—doorbells, kids, squirrels, and daily chaos make learning tough. That’s why we’ve created a space where your dog can truly concentrate, absorb commands, and build confidence.
As your dog progresses, we thoughtfully introduce real-world distractions—so they’re not just trained, they’re ready. Whether it’s a crowded sidewalk or a noisy park, your dog will learn to respond reliably in any situation.
What sets us apart? Individualized attention.
While many companies assign 3 to 4 dogs per trainer, we limit it to just 2 dogs per trainer. That means your dog gets the focused training they deserve, with plenty of rest between sessions to recharge and retain what they’ve learned.
In-Home Training Program
In-home dog training with Steven’s Bootcamp Dog Training offers a convenient way to promote good behavior and obedience in your dog within the comfort of your home. A professional trainer visits you, eliminating the need for travel and providing personalized guidance in your dog’s natural environment. This customized approach directly addresses specific issues like leash pulling, jumping, separation anxiety, and reactivity, enhancing your bond and communication. Each session is tailored to your dog’s unique needs, making it an excellent option for those managing mobility challenges, home responsibilities, or busy schedules.
Psychiatric Service Dog Training Program
Our Service Dog Training Package is designed to prepare dogs for assisting individuals with disabilities, ensuring they meet the highest standards of reliability and obedience. This comprehensive package includes:
- Basic Obedience Training – Foundational commands such as sit, stay, and heel to establish discipline.
- Public Access Training – Exposure to various environments to promote calm and focused behavior in public spaces.
- Task-Specific Training – Customized training designed to meet the handler’s specific requirements, with tasks uniquely suited to the condition the dog is trained to assist with.
- Handler Partnership Training – Sessions to educate handlers on effective communication and teamwork with their service dog.

Group Classes
Your dog’s training journey is just beginning after graduating from one of our programs. We are excited to offer group classes every Saturday at two convenient locations in Indianapolis, making it easy for you to continue your dog’s education, and these classes are included in every package. These group classes are vital to enhancing your dog’s training, regardless of whether the dog has been trained for general obedience or trained as a service dog. They present invaluable opportunities for socialization, distraction management, routine and consistency, confidence building, and a supportive community for you as a dog owner.
